Please note that planned network maintenance will be taking place at midday on the 20th Jan.

The maintenance taking place will affect the routing function for the following 3 subnets:
AMRC Phones
Factory 2050 Phones
AMRC CTI Phones

This should be considered a low risk activity, but it will result in a very brief 1-2 second outage to connectivity as each subnet is moved. If all goes well, this should be the only impact. However, there is a risk that some end devices may not behave correctly and may fail to automatically pick up the new routing information. Under these circumstances, a reset of the phone will normally resolve the matter. However, in the unlikely event that multiple devices are impacted and need to be addressed, roll back can be initiated very swiftly.
